educational qualification:
01. Senior Stenographers in A.P. Secretariat Sub Service- Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree of a University in India established
or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provincial Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or any other equivalent qualification and
a) Pass in Typewriting and Shorthand Higher in English, and
b) Pass in Typewriting and Shorthand Lower Grade in Telugu.
02. Senior Stenographer in A.P. Tribunal- Must hold B.A./ B.Sc./B.Com or equivalent qualification. Type Writing Higher Grade, Shorthand Higher (Both in English).
03.Senior Stenographers in A.P. Ministerial Service-
a) Academic Qualifications: Intermediate.
b) Technical Qualifications: Pass in Shorthand and Typewriting by Higher Grade in the concerned language conducted by State Board of Technical Education of A.P. Government or any other equivalent qualification as provided for in APMS Rules.

age limit: Age of candidates should 18 to36 age as on the date of 01/07/2011.

selection procedure: a) The Selection Of Candidates For Appointment to the Posts will be made on Written Examination (Objective Type) only for eligible candidates.
b) The appearance in all the papers at the Written Examination is compulsory
c) Candidates have to produce attested Photo copies of required certificates and Original documents and other particulars for verification as and when required and called for. If the particulars furnished in the application do not tally with the Original documents produced by the candidate, the candidature will be rejected.
d) Minimum qualifying marks are relaxable as per discretion of the Commission/ District selection committee.
e) The work of verifying the certificates and preparation of merit list as per the communal Roster is interested to the respective District Collectors.
how to apply: The eligible candidates can apply through online application mode from the website www.apspsc.gov.in from 24/05/2012 to 24/06/2012.
The applicants must go through the user guide before submission of application. Then the eligible candidates can apply through online from the website www.apspsc.gov.in from 18-05-2012 to 18-06-2012 and enter his/her basic personal details. Immediately after entering the details, the applicant will get (downloadable) challan from to pay the fee at AP online centers or in state bank of India on or before   16-06-2012

2. Applicants must pay the processing fee in any of the AP online centers or in state bank of India.
