Educational qualification: Candidates should have passed BDS Degree examination or its equivalent included in the Schedule –I of the DCI Act, 1956 as amended from time to time and from a College recognized by the Medical Council of India and must be registered (on Permanent basis) with State Dental Council of Andhra Pradesh or any other state in India constituted under DCI Act.
Age Limit: Candidates should not have completed 41 years of age as on 01-07-2014. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.
Important dates:Opening Dates for Submission of Online Application Form: 21-07-2014 at 10:00 AM
Last Date for Submission of Online Application Form: 04-08-2014 up to 05:00 PM.
Last Date for Submission of Hard Copy of Application form with enclosures: 11-08-2014 up to 05:00 PM.
Selection procedure:Candidates would be selected based on marks obtained in qualifying examination and experience.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) in the form of demand draft drawn in favour of Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad, payable at Hyderabad on or after 21-07-2014. Candidates belonging to SC, ST BC, Ex-Service Men and Physically Handicapped category are exempted from payment of Fee.
How to apply:Eligible  candidates can apply online through the website http://apvvp.ap.nic.in from 21-07-2014 to 04-08-2014. After submission of online application, take printout of the submitted application form and send it along with the self addressed cover of size with postal stamps worth of Rs.25/-, attested copies of BDS Degree certificate, SSC certificate, caste certificate, etc and bank draft, enclosed in an envelope super scribed with the name of the post and notification number, should reach to the Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Sultan Bazar, Koti, A.P., Hyderabad on or before 11-08-2014 at 05:00 P.M.
